Non-destructive Inspection System Development for Secondary Battery Welding Part

چکیده

In this paper, we develop a non-destructive inspection system for secondary battery welding. battery, when the insulation or separator of each electrode is damaged by an impact from outside depending on degree welding, internal short circuit occurs during charging and fires even if it does not ignite at that time. To detect this, AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) developed compares target with reference image to determine whether there proper indentation in welding part. The consists precision alignment stage lower part imaging equipment performs AOI, upper And appropriate exposure, i.e., aperture setting used camera, was confirmed through experiment according position pole .
